My family owned an old fashioned type pork store. We have owned it since 1982. In the store we make our own provisions and homemade foods...things like bologna, frankfurters, smoked kielbasy, salads, soups and so on, as well as custom cuts of fresh meats....all types of roasts, steak, chicken etc...
Customers started requesting on a regular basis to have there steaks, roasts or ribs seasoned. So one day, many years ago, my father Stefan, goes to the blending and spice room, having all the spices needed, and puts together this blend of fresh ALL NATURAL spices like Hungarian paprika, black Malabar pepper etc...
The Seasoning is not over powering and enhances the flavor of everything it touches. As my father would say when customers would ask, " what's in the seasoning", he would reply, "good stuff, no junk".
The ALL NATURAL ALL PURPOSE seasoning/spice rub is produced in a unique and secret way which we feel gives it that extra flavor...not mass produced, in small batches. The seasoning is so good that mother's with fincky kids have told us that they love it when there kids taste it.
